📝 Return & Refund Policy

At Her Hair Ritual, we stand behind the quality of our pure botanical ingredients. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our simple 7-day return policy is designed to make the process as easy as possible.

1. Return Eligibility (The 7-Day Window) We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return and a full refund, the following criteria must be met:

  • The item must be in the exact same condition that you received it.

  • The product must be completely seal-packed, unopened, and unused. * Hygiene Notice: Because this is a personal care product, if the safety seal is broken, tampered with, or the jar has been opened, the product is strictly non-returnable and will not qualify for a refund under any circumstances.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during specific clearance events (unless damaged in transit).

  • Gift cards.

3. Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipping.

  • We do not charge any restocking or penalty fees for returning your item. You will only pay the courier cost to send the item back to our facility.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Ensure your item is seal-packed and within the 7-day window.

  2. Email us at herhairritualofficial@gmail.com with your Order Number and reason for return.

  3. Once acknowledged, securely pack the item and ship it to our facility via any reliable courier of your choice.

5. The Refund Process Once your return is received at our Amravati facility, our team will inspect the package to ensure the seal is intact.

  • We will process your approved refund within 3 days of receiving the returned product.

  • The refund will be automatically credited back to your original method of payment (UPI, Credit Card, etc.). Please note that depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

  • Original shipping charges and COD handling fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at herhairritualofficial@gmail.com with an unboxing video or clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.
