At Her Hair Ritual, we are committed to delivering your fresh botanical hair care safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping operations below:

1. Order Processing Time We believe in fresh, potent ingredients. All orders are processed, packed, and dispatched from our Amravati warehouse within 1 to 3 business days of receiving the order. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or National Public Holidays.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, you can expect it to arrive at your doorstep within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your exact location within India. While we partner with top-tier courier services to ensure timely delivery, slight delays may occur during peak festive seasons or due to unforeseen weather conditions.

3. Shipping Rates & Handling Fees

• Prepaid Orders (UPI, Card, Net Banking): Enjoy FREE Standard Shipping across India.

• Cash on Delivery (COD): A flat ₹40 handling fee is applied to all COD orders to cover additional courier collection charges.

4. Order Tracking As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your shipment's journey to your doorstep.

5. Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are 100% accurate at checkout. Her Hair Ritual is not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

6. Damaged in Transit We pack our jars securely, but if your package arrives visibly damaged, please do not accept it from the courier. If you open the package and find the product damaged, email us within 24 hours at sablevvsvinit.10@gmail.com or herhairritualofficial@gmail.com with an unboxing video, and we will dispatch a replacement immediately.
